Facility Use Request

We elieve God has given us our building to help us reach our community for Christ.  Consequently, we want ot be good stewards to use the building in every possible situation to touch our community in a way that could draw people a step closer to God.

Responsibility of User:

1. Groups may only use those rooms they requested and reserved.

2. Set up, take down, and clean up are the responsibility of the group sponsoring the event.  Trustees are available for question and should be contacted if any walls are required in the Fellowship Hall.  If you will be using the Fellowship Hall or any of the classrooms on a Friday evening or Saturday, please make arrangements to have the area setup for Sunday.

3. Set up and take down timing is dependent on the time the room is reserved for the individual event.  Many groups may be using the facility so clean up must be done immediately after the event is over.  Any overlap in timing must be coordinated with the other event sponsor.  This include returning all equipment, tabels, and chairs to their original locations.  Furniture schematics are posted in all rooms except the Fellowship Hall.

4. We expect users to take care of the facility to the best of their ability:

  • No standing on tables or chairs
  • Ball and water sprots are prohibited.
  • Clean up spoills promptly and point them out to the Church Office for further cleaning, if necessary.

5. Closing the facility:

  • Leave the rooms in the condition you found it in.  Vacuums, brooms, and other janitorial supplies are available in the closets labeled "CLEANING SUPPLIES"
  • Turn out all lights
  • Close all windows
  • LOCK ALL DOORS
  • Turn down the thermostats in the Heckman Yout Center and Conference Room only.  Other thermostats automatically return to default after 3 hours.
